Campaign against homophobia in Morocco

(Blogmensgo, gay blog May 12, 2014) The Moroccan colelctif Aswat launched May 4, 2014, a campaign against homophobia entitled "Love is not a crime." Several prominent LGBT turns this campaign and call for the decriminalization of homosexuality in Morocco.

Aswat has not waited 17 May, World Day against Homophobia, to make the voice ( Aswatmeans voice, speaking in Arabic) and LGBT friendly people calling for the repeal of section 489 Moroccan Penal Code. That clause provides for a penalty of up to three years in prison go any sexual act between two people of the same sex.
