Two mothers for the first baby of 2013 are French.

(Blogmensgo, January 8, 2013) Born at 0001hrs at the hospital Moulins, in the Allier (central France), Sacha is not only the first baby born French in 2013. It is also and especially French first baby of 2013 to be a mom but not two mothers, namely Maude and Delphine.

Sacha (2.920 kg to 48.5 cm, cf. Above the video in full screen mode) was created through artificial insemination and born to Maude, who is the biological mother. France, prohibiting medically assisted procreation (PMA) in favor of a gay couple, the seed of an anonymous donor was instilled in Brussels where this practice is legal.

Maude and Delphine who are residents of the village of Saint-Pourçain-sur-Besbre (Allier), where they are pacsées since 2010 and hope to get married in France since the promulgation of the law on marriage for all. This is the only way to give Delphine a legal status identical to that of mother Maude pending French law does not establish any legal relationship between Delphine and Sasha.

Happy New Year to both mothers, baby and all our readers!
